Bond Information

The court accepts cash or credit card payments when posting Bond. Bond is accepted from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday – Friday. If you are posting Bond after 4:00 PM, you will need to do so at the arresting police department. Proof of Financial Responsibility

Proof of insurance showing that the vehicle you were operating was covered on the date of the traffic offense MUST be provided either at the time of the citation or to the Court. Failure to provide proof of insurance will result in the Bureau of Motor Vehicles issuing a letter to the address shown on your ticket, giving you one last opportunity to show proof of insurance within 14 days of receiving notice. If you fail to provide proof of insurance, the BMV will then impose a license suspension.
